Foot pain

Your feet carry the entire weight of your body and are essential for balance and mobility. Common causes of foot pain include plantar fasciitis (inflammation of the sole), metatarsalgia (pain in the forefoot) and painful bunions. These issues are often linked to overuse, unsuitable footwear or altered walking patterns.

  • Sharp pain under the foot, especially in the morning.
  • Discomfort at the front of the foot when walking or running.
  • Swelling or pain on the inner side (bunions).
  • Fatigue or soreness after long periods standing or walking.

How we help

We study your gait and foot mechanics to identify the cause. Treatment combines manual therapy to release tension, specific exercises to strengthen and mobilise the foot and ankle, and footwear guidance or orthotic recommendations when needed.
