Spine and Posture

Mid-back pain

Pain in the middle of the back (thoracic area) is less frequent than lumbar or cervical pain but can be just as uncomfortable. It’s often caused by prolonged poor posture — sitting hunched over a desk or computer — as well as muscular tension or restricted joints. Stress and breathing patterns can also contribute.

Do you recognize these symptoms?

  • Pain or stiffness between the shoulder blades.
  • Discomfort when maintaining an upright posture.
  • A feeling of pressure or fatigue in the mid-back.
  • Pain that worsens with deep breathing or arm movement.

How we help

We analyse your posture and habits to identify the root cause. Through manual techniques, we release muscle tension and improve spinal mobility, complemented by exercises to enhance strength, flexibility and breathing mechanics.

Our goal

To help you maintain a more natural posture, reduce stiffness, and regain freedom of movement for greater daily comfort.

I was on holiday when I hurt my knee, and they fit me in the same day. The physiotherapist explained everything clearly and helped me recover in no time. Couldn’t ask for better care.
