Postural discomfort

Postural pain arises when you stay in the same position for long periods — whether sitting at a desk, standing, reading, or sleeping awkwardly. Over time, this leads to overload in the back, neck, shoulders or hips, and can become chronic if not addressed.

How we help

We perform a full postural assessment to identify tension and habits causing discomfort. Treatment combines manual therapy with posture re-education, strengthening and mobility exercises. We also teach easy posture strategies for home, work or travel.
