The most common sports injuries include ankle and knee sprains, tendinopathies (such as Achilles or patellar), shoulder injuries in racket or swimming sports, muscle strains and overload-related pain (especially in the back or neck). They all share one thing: they limit performance and often create fear of returning to activity.
