Shoulder and Arm

Elbow pain

Elbow pain is common both in active individuals and those who perform repetitive tasks at work or in sport. The two best-known conditions are lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) and medial epicondylitis (golfer’s elbow), caused by overuse of the tendons that attach to the elbow. This leads to inflammation and persistent pain.

Do you recognize these symptoms?

  • Pain on the outer (tennis elbow) or inner (golfer’s elbow) side of the elbow.
  • Discomfort when gripping, twisting the wrist or lifting objects.
  • Pain that worsens with repetitive activity (sport, work, cooking, etc.).
  • In advanced cases, reduced strength in the hand or forearm.

How we help

We assess your movement patterns to identify what’s causing the overload. Treatment includes manual therapy and specific techniques to relieve pain and inflammation, combined with strengthening and stretching exercises tailored to you. We also teach you strategies to modify habits and prevent recurrence.

Our goal

To restore strength and function to your arm, eliminate pain and help you return to your daily or sporting activities without limitations.

I was on holiday when I hurt my knee, and they fit me in the same day. The physiotherapist explained everything clearly and helped me recover in no time. Couldn’t ask for better care.
