Shoulder and Arm

Shoulder injuries

The shoulder is one of the most mobile joints in the body — and also one of the most delicate. Shoulder injuries are common in both older adults (due to wear or arthritis) and active individuals. The most frequent include tendinitis, rotator cuff injuries, bursitis and adhesive capsulitis (commonly known as “frozen shoulder”).

Do you recognize these symptoms?

  • Pain when lifting the arm or moving the shoulder in certain directions.
  • Loss of strength in the arm.
  • Progressive stiffness in the shoulder.
  • Difficulty performing daily activities such as dressing, combing your hair or reaching overhead.

How we help

We begin with a complete functional assessment to identify the affected structures. Treatment combines manual therapy to ease inflammation and improve mobility with specific exercises that strengthen and stabilise the shoulder. We also work on posture and body awareness to prevent recurrence.

Our goal

To help you regain strength and movement in the shoulder, reduce pain, and return to your daily activities — from simple tasks to your favourite sports — with confidence and freedom.

Amazing expérience. Was suffering from back pain, since 2 weeks. 1 hour of specific pressure points and deep massages corrected my posture and stopped the pain. Best physiotherapist I have ever met and also super Nice person. Thanks again you really helped me!!!!!!
